“Training of Trainers”  on ‘Right to Information Act 2005’  from 22-24 April, 2008

HIPA, in collaboration with the Yashwant Rao Chavan Academy of Development Administration, Pune,  organized a “Training of Trainers” programme on ‘Right to Information Act 2005’  from 22^nd to 24^th April, 2008. Sh. Pramod Mane, IAS (Retd.), Advisor, RTI Cell, Yashada inaugurated the programme which was attended by 40 participants including 4 officers from Deptt. of Personnel & Training, Govt. of India.

The ToT was organized to train the resource persons for Hamirpur and Mandi Districts, the District Implementing Agencies under Capacity Building for Access to Information Project. The Elected Representatives from PRI’s, Social Workers; Officers/Officials including retired persons attended the programme.

During the Training programme, the participants were given exposure on History, Philosophy & Important Provisions of the Act besides topics of Transfer of Learning and Various Training Methods.
