Pursuant to the stipulations contained in the notification of Ministry of Environment & Forests (MoEF), Govt. of India, vide No. S.O. 1533 (E) Dated September 14, 2006 on the recommendations of the State Govt., The Govt. of India has reconstituted/re-notified the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority and the State Expert Appraisal Committee vide No. S.O. 608 (E) Dated March 21, 2011.
