A two week training programme on “Management Leadership” started at HIPA on 12th March, 2007 for senior officers of   the Central Tibetan Administration, Dharamshala. 22 Officers working in different departments of Central Tibetan Administration at Dharamshala, Mysore, Sikkim, Delhi and Nepal are participating in the programme which is being organised at the initiative of Sh. Tashi N Phunstsok, Chairman, Public Service Commission, Central Tibetan Administration.
 

The programme includes various topics related to Good Governance, Management, Media and Financial aspects relevant for the use of senior administrators.
