The
eligibility of every candidate will be determined on the basis of qualifications
acquired by him upto the last date fixed for the receipt of applications.
Candidates
already in service should send their applications through proper channel.
An advance copy, alongwith required certificates/documents, fee etc. may
be sent direct.
Candidates
called for interview will have to come to the place of the interview at
their own expenses and bring with them their original research papers,
degrees and certificates etc. for verification.
The
university reserves the tight to fill up or not to fill up the post/s
or to call only suitable candidates for interview. The number of posts
likely to be filled may vary.
NOTE :
i)
Applications received on plain paper, without fee required documents
and received ater the last date shall not be entertained.
ii) A person
applying for more than one post should send a separate application form
for each post.
iii)

Reader in Law for HPU Regional Centre Dharamshala, Lecturer in Information
Technology, Economics, Hindi, Management Studies, Environmental, Bio-Technology,
Geography for Teaching Deptts., Lecturer in Hindi(ICDEOL), Director,
Univ. College of Business Studies, System Administrator or Programmer
for UIIT, Coach(Volley Ball-M), Advt. No.1/2001 dated 24.3.2001 for
Lecturer in Mathematics for HPU Regional Centre, Dharamshala need not
to apply again. However, they may send additional information, if any.
iv)
The salary of the posts of Professor, Reader, Lecturer, System Administrator
or programmer of Information Technology Department will be met out of
the fee received in the Institute.
v)
The salary of the post of Lecturer in Journalism & Mass Communication
department of ICDEOL will be met out of the funds generated through
the receipt of self-financing Scheme
vi)
Paste Passport Size photograph duly attested by the competent authority
on the front of the application form.
vii)
Age limit for System Administrator/Programmer, Computer Programmer,
Editor and Coaches must not be less than 18 years and not more than
45 year of age on the last date for the receipt of application form
i.e. 6.3.2002.
